1. How do I pay for my membership?

• Our secure online portal accepts all major credit/debit cards, most HSA and FSA cards, and you’ll always have access to a receipt.

2. When does my membership become active?

• Your membership is effective immediately. Simply call our office or click HERE to schedule an appointment when you are ready.

3. How does it all work?

• Your membership covers routine comprehensive eye exams, and we discount prescription and nonprescription eyewear and contacts (excluding Maui Jim). There are no caps, no maximums, and no insurance company getting in the way of your eye care!

4. Can I add family members?

• Yes! You can add family members when you enroll in the membership plan, or at any time after.

5. What information is required to sign up?

• Your full name, phone number, email address, date of birth, and credit card number are required when signing up for a membership plan.
